Is the price per person?
No. Every plan is one flat monthly price for the whole team, up to the seat count shown. Ten people on Pro pay exactly the same as two people on Pro.
What is different on a cheaper plan?
The core is the same everywhere: projects, boards, notes, tasks, sprints, the whiteboard, chat and meetings are in every plan including Free. Higher plans add git repositories, the report builder, data export, calendar invitations, single sign-on and more storage and automation — and let more people in. What happens when we outgrow our seats?
Inviting past your limit is blocked with a message telling you which plan you are on and what it allows. Nothing is deleted and no one is locked out — you upgrade when you are ready.
What does the free plan actually include?
Up to five people, with no time limit and no card. Projects, boards, notes, tasks, sprints, the whiteboard, chat and meetings are all included, plus 30 automation runs a month. It is capped on storage, and repositories, the report builder and data export need a paid plan.
