SquadSpace is a project-management workspace where a team plans and does its work in one place. It brings together boards, tasks, sprints, notes, a whiteboard, chat, meetings with video calls and Git repositories, with a free plan for up to five people and one flat price per team.

What is SquadSpace and who is it for?
SquadSpace is a project-management workspace for teams that want their plan, notes, tasks, code and conversation in one place. It suits any team that plans and ships together, starting with a free plan for up to five people.
What is included in the Free plan?
Up to five people, with no time limit and no card. Projects, boards, notes, tasks, sprints, the whiteboard, chat and meetings are included, plus 30 automation runs a month. Storage is capped, and repositories, the report builder and data export need a paid plan.
Are video calls included in the Free plan?
Yes. In-app video calls for a meeting are available on every plan, including Free.
Can I record a call, and does it use my storage?
Yes. Recording happens in the recorder's own browser and uploads to the meeting's Recordings tab, so it stops if that person closes their tab. Recordings are up to 500 MB each and count against your plan's storage.
Can I share my screen in a call?
Yes. You can share your screen during a video call.
Is the chat in a call saved?
No. Chat during a call is for that call only and is not saved once the call ends. Project channels and direct messages are separate.
